The payment of the deposit forms a contract between yourself and Myuna Farm Mobile Ark which will be honored.
The deposit is non refundable.
Myuna Farm Mobile Ark reserves the right to decide whether to transfer the deposit when rescheduling due to limited booking availability and loss of income.
Cancellations made within 3-7days of scheduled date 50% of final payment is required.
Short Notice cancellations within 48hours of scheduled event Full Payment is required as it will be unlikely to reschedule another client for the held timeslot.
If the farm is unable to setup due site requirement restrictions after arrival, full payment must be honored, or an alternative site provided.
Parking fees will be added to the client's invoice.
We will not cancel due to wet weather and can provide covers to keep dry. Alternatively, the farm can be setup in a garage, carport or similar structure.
